How will I know that I need water heater repair?

Easy, just read the following:

Not enough hot water

When you being to notice a decrease in your hot water production, chances are it is down to mineral deposits forming on the bottom of your tank. This can cause your heater to work harder, and break down sooner.

Leaky tank

When you ignore warning signs from your water heater, the next step is usually leaking. And when this is left unattended, a leaky tank can often end up flooding a basement and result in major water damage. So if you start to notice pools of water under your water heater, then it is nature’s way of telling you to either repair it or to upgrade it!

Sadly, this is the end of my post, I hope that you found it useful? If you would like to book an appointment for any of the aforementioned services, or just have more questions, please call me at (240) 262-5277 anytime, I am based in the College Park, MD area.
